I think we all feel like this sometimes. Solitude is the audience-chamber of God. A creation of importance can only be produced when its author isolates himself, it is a child of solitude. A poet is a nightingale, who sits in darkness and sings to cheer its own solitude with sweet sounds. Be able to be alone. being alone immersed in doings of your own choice, aware of the fullness of your own presence rather than of the absence of others. Solitude is an achievement. Conversation enriches the understanding, but solitude is the school of genius.

Finding Inspiration: The Diary of Facebook
In March, MTV aired a series called “Diary of Facebook”. It is divided into 4 Parts – The videos give an inside inside look into the environment of working at Facebook.
You can watch all the videos on MTV. I find “Part 2: Let the The Hack-A-Thon begin” really inspiring. Look at the video below and see the drive/energy of these employees.
Favorite quote from these videos is when Mark Zuckerberg says, “Anything that is really good, you can build it in 24hrs”.

When Asking for Help Appeal to People's Self-Interest Never To Their Mercy or Gratitude. If you need to turn to an ally for help, do not bother to remind him of your past assistance and good deeds. He will find a way to ignore you. Instead, uncover something in your request, or in your alliance with him, that will benefit him, and emphasize it out of all proportion. He will respond enthusiastically when he sees something to be gained for himself.
