The last time I posted was in April and every now and then I decide to be more consistent and then life takes over. So this time I've decided to write a little everyday and just hit publish.
We spend so much of life waiting to feel ready. Ready to start the business. Ready to have the conversation. Ready to take the leap. But here is the truth I have learned the hard way. Readiness is not a feeling. It is a decision. Everything worthwhile in my life began before I felt ready. The first company, the first speech, the first time I wrote to you on this blog. None of it started with certainty. All of it started with one shaky step. Clarity does not come from thinking. It comes from moving. You cannot think your way into a new life. You have to act your way into it. The path only reveals itself to the person who is walking it. So whatever you have been putting off, start it today. Small, imperfect, unsure. Start anyway. The courage you are waiting for lives on the other side of the first step.
