5 Powerful Law of Attraction Exercises to Boost Your Motivation

The Law of Attraction is the belief that your thoughts and feelings can attract things into your life. It's based on the idea that like attracts like, so if you think positively about something, it will come to you.

The Law of Attraction has been around for centuries and has been practiced by many people including Oprah Winfrey, Michael Jordan and Richard Branson (to name just a few). The idea behind it is simple: if you want something badly enough then it will come true because our thoughts create our reality.
Lets look at a the five powerful exercises.

Exercise 1: Visualization

Visualization is a powerful tool. It's one of the most effective ways to boost your motivation and achieve your goals. Visualizing yourself achieving your goals is a great way to make them feel more real, which in turn helps you stay motivated as you work towards them. When we visualize our ideal future self, we can see ourselves as being successful in whatever area we're working on right now -- whether it's losing weight or starting a business -- which makes it easier for us to keep going when things get tough along the way.

Exercise 2: Gratitude

Gratitude is an exercise in appreciation. It's about acknowledging the things you have, and being thankful for them. Gratitude is a powerful tool for attracting more of what you want into your life because it helps you recognize that there are many good things already present in your life.
If you're feeling down or unmotivated, try this exercise: write down 10 things that make you happy or bring joy to your life (for example: friends, family members and pets). Then write down 5 things that made up a good day yesterday (for example: waking up early enough to go running before work; getting a text from an old friend).

Exercise 3: Affirmations

Affirmations are statements that you make to yourself, either verbally or in writing. They can be as simple as "I am happy" or "I love myself." The key is to speak and write affirmations with feeling and conviction--as though they are already true for you.
Benefits of using affirmations:

  • They help you focus on your goals, which makes them more likely to happen
  • They provide a positive mental state that helps attract more good things into your life

Exercise 4: Meditation

Meditation is a way to get in touch with your inner self and find peace. It's also a great way to improve your focus and concentration, which will help you achieve your goals faster.
Meditating regularly can help you:

  • Reduce stress
  • Improve sleep quality
  • Improve overall health

Exercise 5: Journaling

Journaling is one of the most powerful law of attraction exercises. It helps you to get in touch with your thoughts, feelings and emotions. It allows you to see what's going on inside you and why you behave in certain ways.
Journaling can be done in many different ways: writing down your thoughts, feelings or goals; drawing pictures; creating lists etc. There are no rules when it comes to journaling so just do whatever feels right for you!
Benefits of journaling include:

  • It helps us understand ourselves better by helping us see our patterns of behaviour (what triggers certain emotions).
  • It gives us an opportunity to look at our lives from different perspectives by changing how we look at things through writing them down instead of thinking them over in our heads which often leads us astray because we don't always think things through properly before reacting emotionally based on those initial thoughts rather than being able to look at both sides objectively without getting caught up by emotionality or fearfulness which could lead us away from making wise decisions later down the road!
