9 ways to feel good !!


All of us tend to underestimate ourselves and do not give ourselves the respect and pampering we deserve. It is simple, the better you feel, the better you will perform. Lets look at 9 ways to make ourselves feel good. If you are stuck in a problem or are worried or anxious, then do one of the following:

Get to the root of your feelings: If you feel extremely anxious about something, don't let it slide, chances are thin that your stress will simply disappear on its own. Is it fear of failure, unhappiness in your current position, or too much pressure? Once you find the cause of the problem, you can take constructive steps to alleviate it.
• Positive self-talk: Look at the good in your life and be grateful
Perspective: Think back to other times when you felt good. How did you reach that state. Think about it and recreate that moment. Once you are feeling are happy and excited then re approach your problem.
• Believe in something bigger than you: Worrying does not change anything. Only constructive action can bring about results. And there are some things we just can't control. "God grant me the serenity to accept the things I can not change, courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference"
• Be in tune with yourself. Know when you are beginning to feel sad and have strategies to avoid a full-blown attack.
• Self-confidence: Build this one step at a time. Let your light shine
• Forgive yourself: Do not beat yourself up about the past, but forgive yourself. It is, however, your responsibility to take steps to change. Believe that things CAN get better. Because they can!
• Take small steps: walk before you run. Focus on your goal and instead of getting disappointed, break the big goal in small parts and start working towards the small goals. During the entire process, visualize yourself doing achieving the larger goal. Build your way up.
• Educate yourself: Take the time to read and explore your interests. Just because you grew up thinking you are not good at something, does not mean you not good at it. Go take that class, run on that trail or study that rock form.

You are a being with unlimited potential. Make sure you use make use of that, treasure everyday and Live !!
