1. Write down three new things that you are grateful about for 21 days. After 21 days your brain will start retaining a pattern and will start scanning the world not for the negative but for the positive first.
2. Start journaling about one positive experience you've had in the past 24 hours
3. Meditation allows your brain to get over the cultural ADHD which we have created by trying to do multiple tasks at once and it allows our brains to focus on the task at hand and finally
4. random acts of kindness are conscious acts as we write email to people praising and thanking them
