Living in information age, every idea is a subset of some other idea...so no matter how original you try to be, someone somewhere sometime has already been original.
So what really will make you original...the dark secret lies inside yourself. Your personality is unique to you, show the world a flavour of yourself by believing in yourself and raising your voice to express your idea. It could be an old idea but with your flavour. You might sound absurd to yourself but you are being original by offering your perspective to a problem.
My conviction in myself when put to words is original thinking. Being original is not about being right or wrong but it is about expression of your personality. Be original, express yourself.
